Standard (ready-stock) orders

You can cancel before the order is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can use our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom and made-to-order items

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled and any advance paid is non-refundable, because materials are already cut and reserved for you.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, cannot be delivered to your pin code, or if we suspect fraud. You will be informed and refunded in full.
