By visiting or buying from luxuryarts.in, operated by Luxury Arts, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Colours, wood grain, fabric and dimensions may vary slightly from images because of screens, lighting and natural materials.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for cash-on-delivery where offered, once we confirm it by call or message).
• We may decline or cancel an order for stock unavailability, suspected fraud or incorrect details.

Custom furniture

Custom and made-to-order items are produced to your specifications. Timeline, price and advance payment are confirmed with you before production starts.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

These are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund / Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Warranty

Any warranty is stated on the product page or invoice. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, water damage, incorrect assembly or unauthorised repairs.

Intellectual property

Text, logos, images and videos on this site belong to Luxury Arts or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, Luxury Arts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Grievances
