Where we deliver

We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm.

Delivery time

• Ready-stock items: usually 7-14 days from order confirmation.
• Made-to-order and custom items: usually 14-21 days, or as agreed at the time of order.
• Large or bulk orders may take longer; we confirm the timeline with you.

These are estimates. Weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues can cause delays, and we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

• Free standard delivery on all orders across India.
• Remote or hard-to-reach locations (for example some hill areas, islands and areas outside our courier network) may take longer or carry an extra charge. We tell you before dispatch, and you may proceed or cancel for a full refund.
• Free delivery does not include floor-lift, crane or special-access charges unless agreed in writing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

On delivery

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
• Check the package at delivery. If it looks damaged, note it on the courier receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video.
• Where assembly is needed, instructions are included. Installation support, if offered, is confirmed at the time of order.
