This product is handcrafted and made on order please allow approximately 15 working days for dispatch. Once dispatched, the product generally takes an additional 5–10 working days to reach you, depending on your location and delivery route. Overall delivery may take approximately 20–25 working days from the date of order confirmation. Our team will share the delivery timeline with you and coordinate with you before delivery.
Free doorstep delivery is included; our team will call to schedule a convenient time slot before delivery. In case of any transit damage, please share unboxing photos/video with us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement claim.
Since this is a made-to-order item, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. Returns are not applicable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
